Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that identical order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 7th January, 2014 in Writ No.3570 of 2013 be passed in this petition.

The petitioner claims that they are running social club and police are interfering and disturbing in their functioning without any reason. The petitioner's contention is that they are following lawful activities and are abiding all the relevant laws.

We are of the prima facie view that in each and every matter, the order passed like the one passed in Writ Petition No.3570 of 2013 need not be passed. Police are bound to interfere if they notice any illegal activity being carried out and at the same time, the police shall not interfere in the lawful activities.
