The petition alongwith the Government Resolution dated 02/12/2022 issued by the Rural Development Department be considered by the respondents-employers i.e. respondent nos. 5 & 6 before whom the petitioners assure to appear on 19/12/2022. 3.

We expect the respondent no. 5 to pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously and in any case by 31/03/2023. 4.

It needs to clarify that the claim of the petitioners are strictly considered in accordance with the mandate of the government as reflected in the Government Resolution dated 02/12/2022. akn 1/2
