Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this court, by order dated 21/03/2014 granted Rule and directed the Applicant to deposit the entire decretal amount in the Reference Court. He submits that before passing the said order, the Respondentclaimant withdrew the entire awarded amount from the Reference Court on 30/01/2014. Hence, nothing survives in the Civil Application. 2.
In view of the above, the Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
