We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the Intervention Application. Considering the nature of the dispute as involved in the present proceedings, in our opinion, intervention of the applicant at this stage cannot be entertained. In any event, we have already heard arguments on the main proceedings and the judgment is reserved. 2.

Accordingly we dispose of the intervention application with liberty to the applicant to raise all contentions in appropriate proceedings as and when necessary.
