The present Appeal has been preferred against the Judgment and Award dated 1st September, 1993 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.16 of 1991. The Reference Court has awarded Rs.27,300/- against the compensation of Rs.10,820/- awarded by the Special Land Acquisition OfÏcer. Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal.

First Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

In view of the dismissal of the Appeal, Interim/Civil Applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and stands dismissed.
