The record indicates that, the notice issued to the Respondent No.2 in pursuance of Order dated 14th August, 2019 is not yet served upon the Respondent No.2-Complainant. In view of the fact that the Applicant has already deposited the amount of compensation of Rs.60,000/- in the Registry of the Trial Court on 29th March, 2019, the delay caused in fling the Revision Application is condoned.
