Matter is placed for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 20th July, 2021. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks corrections as follows. The corrected order reads thus:-

1. Mr. Tajane, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners on instruction given by the petitioners vide 1/2

8-wp-10693-2018.doc letter dated 18th February, 2021 seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the Education Offcer has given individual approval on 27th December, 2019 as per out ward No.ZPS/Education/Secondary/8955 of 2019 and on 11th December, 2020 bearing out ward No. ZPS/Education /Secondary/5381/2020.

2. In view thereof, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

3. There shall be no order as to costs.
