After arguing the matter for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, Ld. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application. He also submits that looking at the medical condition and age of the applicant No.1, on his surrender, the Court should consider his application for bail expeditiously and should take into account his medical condition as well. His submission is reasonable. The Court dealing with his bail application, if any, shall take into account his Mamta Kale
