Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Alange, learned Counsel for the respondents. 3.

This is an Application for recalling the order dated 23.06.2017 thereby restoring Writ Petition No.5547 of 1998 to its original position. 4.

Mr. Alange strenuously opposed this application and submitted that no case is made out for granting any relief. 5.

For the reasons recorded in paragraphs 2 to 4 of the Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for granting relief in terms of prayer clause (a). Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Civil Application is disposed of.
