P.C.:­ This is an Application for intervention. The Applicants are members of Yashwantrao Mohite Krushna Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., District Satara.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submitted that, the Applicants are proper and necessary parties to the Petition and they may be heard at the time of hearing of the Petition. The Petitioner therefore, may be directed to implead the Applicants as 1/2

ssm 2 27-caw418.17.doc Respondents, being proper and necessary parties to the Petition. Mr. Borkar, the learned counsel for the Petitioner has no serious objection to the contention of the learned counsel for the Applicants.

In view thereof, the present Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Petitioner is directed to amend the Petition and implead the Applicants, as party Respondents. The said Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the Petition be served upon the learned Advocate for the Petitioners/Respondents within the same stipulated period.
