This is an application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the original accused in Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ratnagiri. The application is filed by the original complainant. He has withdrawn an amount of Rs. 25 lakh. He seeks to withdraw an amount of Rs. 15 lakh. The learned counsel for the original accused submits that the accused has no objection to the applicant withdrawing the said amount, which will be subject to decision of the Criminal Revision Application.

In view of this, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicant shall furnish indemnity bond. The application varsha

The learned counsel for the original accused submits that in view of the withdrawal of the amount of Rs.15 lakh the entire amount is being withdrawn and hence the Revision Application can be disposed of. However, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to take instructions. Time as prayed for is granted. 4.
