Having perused the chargesheet, it is noticed that there is strong material available against the Applicant reflecting his involvement in the crime in question, as he appears to be the owner of the agricultural land from where the cannabis plants were seized. Charge is already framed and summons to the witnesses are already served. 2.

That being so, no case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the Bail Application stands rejected.
