It appears that the Notice, in terms of the order passed earlier on 3rd December, 2018, was published on the official website of this court on 14th December, 2018. On 12th April, 2019 this court directed the parties and the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties to take steps for reconstitution of the paper-book of this appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of the order i.e. 12th April, 2019. However, till today no steps have been taken.

In the circumstances, there is no alternative except to dispose of this Appeal on account of non-prosecution and it is accordingly disposed of.
