By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 3 years and 186 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal SQ Pathan 1/2

13-IA-2796-2022.doc against the judgment and order dated 1st December 2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, convicting the applicant for the offences punishable under Sections 302 r/w 149 and 143, 144, 147, 148, 323, 324 and 506 r/w 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5 punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act and sentenced him to suffer imprisonment for life.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and delay of 3 years and 186 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal, is condoned.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
