This is an application seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of original Petitioner No.2/2 Mahaveer Bhau Gane. The said Petitioner is died on 16th June 2022. There is no delay in making the application. Ms. Shinde, learned Counsel for the Respondents does not have any objection to bring on record the legal heirs, as prayed.

The Applicants/Petitioners are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs as detailed by them in the array of parties in the cause title of the application at Sr. No. 2/2/(i) to 2/2/(iv). The Petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks from today and file the amended copy of the Petition with advance copy to all the Respondents.
