This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant for pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in C.R.No. 116 of 2019 registered with Velapur Police Station, Solapur, for offences punishable under Section 188, 272, 273, 328 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 59 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. 2.

By order dated 19th July, 2019, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) had released the Applicant on interim bail with direction to attend the concerned police station. It is stated that the Applicant Salgaonkar

13 aba 1579-19.doc had reported to the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation. It is stated that the investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed before the JMFC, Malshiras and the case has been registered as Criminal Case No.205 of 2020. 3.

Considering the above facts it is clear that presence of the Applicant is not required for further custodial interrogation. Hence, interim protection granted by order dated 19.07.2019 is extended for a period of three months with liberty to the Applicant to apply for regular bail before the trial Court.
