After hearing the matter for some time, when we were not inclined to suspend the sentence and enlarge the applicant on bail, learned Counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the Interim Application No. 2399 of 2021.

Accordingly, the Interim Application No. 2399 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the order passed in the Interim Application No. 2399 of 2021, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Application No. 1505 of 2021, which is filed by the applicant through jail. 4.

The prayer in the said Application i.e. Interim Application No. 1505 of 2021 is identical i.e. the applicant's sentence be suspended and he be enlarged on bail.

Interim Application No. 1505 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of, in view of the order passed in Interim Application No. 2399 of 2021.

Appeal to be listed under the caption "for directions" on 10th October, 2022.
