At the outset, learned APP states that no FIR is registered as against the applicant, till date and that the applicant has been only asked to attend the concerned Police Station, pursuant to the notice sent under Section 41A for inquiry.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application. However learned APP states that in the event, the police intends to arrest the applicant, they will give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant. Statement accepted. 3.
