By order dated 12/06/2019, this Court had allowed the Civil Application No.3417 of 2018 (for restoration of delay condonation application) subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Respondent.

Mr. G.N. Salunke, the learned counsel for the applicants states that the Government Pleader as well as the department in Mantralaya have refused to accept the costs. He therefore states that the applicants may be permitted to pay the costs to some charitable institution. 3.

In the light of said statement, the costs of Rs.5,000/- are ordered to be paid to Juvenile Justice Fund. Hence, in paragraph 4, line no.3, 1/2
