None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

We have perused the pleadings on record.

Charushila Devendra Chaudhari, Deputy Secretary of Government, School Education and Sports Department has filed an affidavit-in-reply on behalf of respondent No.1. In paragraph 12 of the said affidavit-in-reply, it is stated that on the basis of the Government Circular dated 14th June, 2016, the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Satara has issued order dated 2nd February, 2017 thereby granting revised pay scale of the petitioners. It is further stated that the State Government has complied with the orders passed by this Court and all benefits have been paid to the petitioners. 5.

In the light of the statement made on oath by respondent No.1, we find sufficient compliance of the order dated 3rd April, 2014. The Contempt Petitions, therefore, stand disposed of.
