Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of judgment dated 09.09.2025.

It is submitted on behalf of learned Advocate appearing for petitioners that at the time of hearing, this Court was of view that restoration of status quo-ante as of on the date of order passed by learned Collector in Appeal will be passed, but said direction is not mentioned in judgment dated 09.09.2025. Hence, he requests to mention the same.

In that view of matter, following sentence be added in paragraph no.11 as clause no.(d) in operative part of judgment dated 09.09.2025: "d.

Until decision by learned Appellate Tribunal, status quo as of on the date of order dated 17.04.2025 passed by learned Collector, Retnagiri shall continue to operate."
