Mr. Shantanu Gurav, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Second Appeal has already been allowed to be withdrawn by order dated 25th October, 2023. However, the registry has placed Interim Application No.16595 of 2023 on board, as no separate order has been passed on the said Interim Application, despite the withdrawal of the Second Appeal.

As the Second Appeal has already been withdrawn and dismissed as such by order dated 25th October, 2023, nothing survives in the Interim Application No.16595 of 2023 and the same is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
