It appears that after filing of the present Contempt Petition, the approval has been granted to the appointment of the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel submits that though the approval has been granted, the name of the Petitioner is not included in the Shalarth ID. The proposal is forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education and the Deputy Director of Education has forwarded to the Higher Authority. 3.

In light of that the Higher Authority shall take a decision to include the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth ID within four weeks. 4.

Upon the name of the Petitioner being included in Shalarth ID, the Management shall forward the salary bills as may be required under the Seema 1/2 SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date: 2022.07.14 11:24:05 +0530
