Learned counsel for the applicant has filed a praecipe dated 11th June 2021, for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 3rd May 2021. Learned counsel submits that the jail authority has misinterpreted the aforesaid order to mean that the applicant has been released on bail only for a period 8 weeks, when infact, the applicant has been enlarged on bail pending the hearing and final disposal of his appeal. He submits that the words "for a period of 8 weeks" be deleted from clause (i) of para 6. SQ Pathan 1/2

The applicant vide clause (i) was initially allowed to be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-, for a period of 8 weeks, within which period, the applicant was to furnish P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The fact that the applicant is released on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of his appeal, is further made clear from condition No. (iii) i.e. the applicant shall report to the trial Court, once in four months on the day/date specified by the trial Court, till his appeal is finally disposed of. In view of the above, no further clarification/modification is required in the order dated 3rd May 2021. The praecipe dated 11th June 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
