According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is working as a bonded nurse. The Petitioner is seeking regularization. Even the regularization is recommended by the Officer of the Primary Health Centre.

Though it is submitted that the representation has been made, is not placed on record. The Petitioner may file the fresh representation with regard to her request for regularization in service to the competent authority. The competent authority may take up decision upon its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of representation. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
