On 28th October, 2015 this Court had recorded the fact that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and that consent terms have been executed by the petitioner and concerned respondents except respondent no.7 who was newly added. Today, respondent no.7 is present in the Court, and she confirms that she has executed the consent terms, the contents of which are interpreted and explained to respondent no.7. Mr. Morey, learned counsel for respondent no.7 undertakes to file Vakalatnama during the course of day. Accordingly, there will be order in terms of the consent terms marked 'X' for identification. The undertakings given by the respective parties are accepted. The parties shall

w8233.12 act accordingly. In view of the terms and conditions provided in clause 12-D, the petitioner will now be at liberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- deposited by him in the Court along with accrued interest. The amount which lies invested shall therefore be withdrawn and paid over. It is brought to the attention of this Court by the petitioner and by registry that the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- which lies invested in fixed deposit matures in December 2016. If the petitioner choses to withdraw the amount prematurely the liability to bear premature withdrawal charges, if any, deducted by the bank will be that of the petitioner. The Registrar General is requested to have process of withdrawal and payment to the petitioner expedited subject to compliance with the necessary requirements. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
