In he backdrop of order dated 9th August, 2019 and the contention of the petitioner in paragraph 10 that the petitioner was never put to notice at the time of hearing of his Revision Application No. 477 of 2015, the learned AGP on instructions submits that though the notices were issued, there is no record to demonstrate that same were served on the petitioner.
2 907.8327.19 wp.doc As such, the order impugned dated 3rd June, 2019 passed by the State Government dismissing the Revision No. 477 of 2015 preferred by the petitioner is not sustainable as same is in violation of principles of natural justice.
As such, the order impugned dated 3rd June, 2019 is set aside to the extent of Revision of the Petitioner being Revision No. 477 of 2015.
The petitioner agrees that he shall appear before the State Government in the aforesaid Revision on 30th September, 2019. Since the Revision is pending since 2015, State Government is directed to decide the same within period of 3 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
Petition stands allowed in the above terms.
