The learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application. The learned counsel for the applicant however, submits that the applicant is in jail for more than one year and therefore, trial may be expedited. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case, within a period of 9 months from today. If the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months, then the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail, before the trial Court. 3.
