In crime No.224/2018 for offfence punishable under section 420, 385, 143 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Vijapur Naka police station, Solapur, the applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail.

The case of the applicant is of false implication as according to the applicant, the agreement of service with the

2 45) aba1501-18.doc husband of the complainant, who has received Rs.50,000/­ as advance, was not honoured.

Perusal of the investigation papers reflects that the present applicant along with other co­accused kidnapped Devidas, who is the husband of the complainant and was subsequently released from captivity of the applicant after the complaint was lodged.

There is sufficient material to connect the applicant with the crime in question and hence the application is rejected. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
