Our attention is invited to the order dated 6th September, 2024 passed by Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied that the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune can be requested to decide Interim Application No.206 of 2025 in S.A. No.1893 of 2024 expeditiously and, in any case, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
