The Petitioner has challenged order dated 3 November 2004 passed by the Additional Commissioner Pune, Division Pune, thereby allowed Election Petition filed under Section 144T of the Maharashtra Co operative Societies Act, 1960 and the Election of the Petitioner to Bank was set aside. However, stayed the order upto 6 December 2004. This Court, while admitting the Petition, stayed the said order on 7 December 2004. The election term was for 5 years. Therefore, as the next election also must have been over by this time, by keeping all points open, I am inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition, as it become infructuous.
Rule is discharged, accordingly with liberty. No costs. (ANOOP V. MOHTA, J.) 1/1
