P.C.:- 1) By the present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has prayed for lodgment of crime against the Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 in pursuance of his Complaints dated 8th April, 2021, 17th July, 2021 and 24th July, 2021.

2) Record indicates that, in pursuance of the said Complaints lodged by the Petitioners, the concerned police station has lodged noncognizable offence under Section 155 of the Cr.P.C. 3) Perusal of Complaints lodged by the Petitioner prima facie indicates that, the contents therein are same and/or similar which makes 1/2

ssm 68-wp3709.2021.doc out at the most an offence under Sections 506 and/or 507 of the IPC and therefore the concerned police station has rightly lodged non-cognizable offence thereof.

4) We find that, there are no merits in the Petition. 5) Petition is accordingly dismissed.
