Learned advocate appearing for petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw writ petition with liberty to approach Appellate Authority against order passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Koregaon in Appeal/Gaukh/SR/02/2023. 2.

In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternate remedy of appeal. 3.

In case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, time spent in prosecuting present writ petition shall be considered while counting delay.
