This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. The proposed legal heirs - Respondent Nos. 1a to 1c are served and they are represented through Advocate. 2.

Though the delay in filing application is opposed by learned Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1a to 1c, no reply is filed opposing the application.

Considering the averments in the application, sufficient cause is made out. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs of Respondent No.1 on record.
