Upon production, taken on board. 2] The Respondent Santosh Mane is hereby granted access to Manas on 16 December 2015, which is Manas's birthday, for a period of six hours, after school hours. It is reported that there is a tradition that the child's birthday will be celebrating at school, therefore, the Respondent is granted access after school hours. There is no doubt that the Respondent will make suitable contribution to the birthday celebration of Manas. Therefore, no orders are being made in that regard.

4] The Respondent to comply with the statement/direction with regard to payment of Rs.10,000/­ per month. The arrears to be cleared within a period of one week from today.
