Contention of the petitioner is Investigating Agency needs to be changed.

Our attention is invited to pleadings to show some lapses in post mortem. It is submitted that Investigating officer did not arrest accused and there was no custodial investigation. 3.

Learned APP submits that investigation is completed and "B" summary is filed on 10/1/2020.

In view of this position, we do not find it necessary to record any finding on contention of the petitioner. We keep all these contentions open.

In this situation, with liberty to the petitioner to take suitable steps before trial Court and keeping all his contentions open, we dispose of the present petition.
