The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.509 of 2023 registered with Mohol Police Station, Solapur Rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504, 34 of the Digitally signed by MANISH SURESHRAO THATTE Date:

2024.06.12 11:04:39 +0530 Indian Penal Code.

After the marriage of the deceased and the son of Applicants in the year 2019, it is alleged that due to demand of money and because of ill-treatment meted out to the deceased, the deceased committed suicide on 18th June 2023. Thereupon, the mother of the deceased lodged the report against Applicants. 4.

Applicants were granted ad-interim anticipatory bail on 3rd August 2023 and as such from last about one year the Applicants are on bail.

After considering the allegations made in the FIR and the fact

2 of 2 7.ABA.2156.2023.doc that Applicants are on bail from last about one year and since there is no complaint of misuse of liberty by the Applicants, I am of the opinion that interim bail granted on 3rd August 2023 should be confirmed.

Learned APP, however, strongly opposed the application. 7.

In the circumstances and for the above referred reasons, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Application is allowed and order dated 3rd August 2023 is hereby confirmed;

(ii) The Applicants shall attend Mohol Police Station, District Solapur on 18th, 19th and 20th June 2024 between 12.00 noon and 2.00 p.m and thereafter as and when Police requires their attendance.
