Considering the role attributed to the applicant i.e. not actively participated in the crime in question, the applicant, in my opinion, deserves to be released on bail in Crime No.318 of 2022 registered with Vairag Polic Station, Solapur for the offence punishable under Section 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 326, 327 of IPC and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 2.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

The application as such stands disposed of.
