It is submitted that the Petitioner was appointed in the year 1996 as a Teacher by the Respondent No.1-Institution. He was terminated in the year 1997.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner challenged the said order in School Tribunal, High Court and LPA. In these forum, the Petitioner failed. The Petitioner again applied for the post against advertisement issued by the Respondent No.1.

cp.436-2012 In Writ Petition No.9522 of 2011 filed by the Petitioner herein, this Court by an order dated 20th April 2012 directed that the Petitioner be informed about the decision taken on his Application by the Respondent No.1 within 8 weeks. By a letter dated 7th July 2012, the Secretary of the Respondent No.1-Institution informed the Petitioner that in case he files an Application, appropriate steps would be taken. The grievance of the Petitioner is that so far he has not been intimated about the decision taken on his Application filed for seeking employment. It seems that the Petitioner was not selected by the Respondent No.1-Institution against the advertisement. In the facts, we are not inclined to take cognizance. The Petition is dismissed. (A.S.
