By this Application the applicant is seeking relaxation of conditions imposed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar J.) by order dated 6th May, 2024.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is directed by this Court not to enter Khatav Taluka, District-Satara and shall report to Rahimatpur Police Station Taluka-Koregaon, District- Satara once every week, on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed. The applicant is attending the court dates regularly. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Perused the record. 6.

Investigation is completed. Chargesheet has been filed. The applicant is attending the court dates regularly. Considering these facts, I pass the following order.

O R D E R

I.

The application is allowed.

II.

The condition Nos. (b) and (d) imposed on the applicant by this Court vide order dated 6th May, 2024 are hereby relaxed.

III. Applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

IV.

Applicant shall attend the Court dates regularly. 7.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
