Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Review Petitioners. Review is sought on the basis of the Government Resolution th March, 2005 as well as of an order of the (for short "GR") dated 10 th July, 2006. As pointed out in the reply filed District Collector dated 15 th March, 2005 has been by the Respondents, the GR dated 10 rd September, 2011. As far as the order of superseded by GR dated 23 th July, 2006 is concerned, it is also based on GR the Collector dated 15 th March, 2005. Therefore, there is no error apparent on the dated 10 face of the record and even otherwise, there is no ground for review.

Accordingly, we reject the Review Petition. If on the basis of any subsequent GR, the Petitioners are entitled to absorption, they are at liberty to make appropriate representation before the appropriate authority.
