Perused the praecipe dated 05.03.2024. Heard Mr. Dhenge, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Impugned order dated 10.06.2021 passed in Application below Exh. 21 is quashed and set aside permitting and enabling the Petitioner Applicant to deposit costs of Rs. 500/- as directed by the learned Appellate Court in its order dated 08.04.2021 within a period of two weeks from today positively. Once the cost is paid, learned Appellate Court is directed by this Court to hear the MCA strictly in accordance with law and after hearing both sides pass a reasoned judgment.
