The petitioner/original plaintiffs in each writ petition are challenging judgment and orders passed by the Courts below rejecting petitioner's application for temporary injunction. It appears that since 6 January 2016 there is no injunction in favour of the petitioners. Hence, no interference at this stage is called for. 2.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioner open
