Osk 31-ABA-2431-2021.odt Police Fund. He produced on record a Cash Deposit Receipt issued by Axis Bank, Branch Solapur dated 2nd November 2021 in that behalf. 2.

Mr.Nakhwa, learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the Applicant has already been arrested in A.B.A. No. 2431 of 2021 in C.R.No. 137 of 2019 registered with Jat Police Station, District Sangli on 30th October 2021. That the Applicant has been arrested in A.B.A. No. 2432 of 2021 in C.R. No. 67 of 2019 registered with Umadi Police Station, District Sangli on 2nd November 2021.
