The above Writ Petition is filed seeking to challenge the notification No.FSSA/Notification/794-2018/7 dated 20th July 2018 issued by the Respondents. While this Petition was pending, the aforesaid notification was superseded by notification No.FSSA/Notification-496/7 dated 18th July 2023. It transpires that now even notification dated 18th July 2023 has been superseded by a fresh notification. In these circumstances, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner sought leave to withdraw this Writ FEBRUARY 06, 2025 Utkarsh
