This is Application for condonation of delay of 242 days for filing cross Appeal.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-Insurance Company strongly objected to condone the delay as there is delay of more than 242 years.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and the reasons as well as the Applicant-Respondent is challenging the judgment and order passed by the Tribunal. It is also challenged by the Appellant-Insurance Company. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Application is allowed.
(ii) The delay of 242 days is condoned for filing Cross Appeal.
(iii) The Applicant shall not entitled for interest for delayed period, if they succeeds in the Appeal.
