Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties, on balance, and in view of the earlier orders passed by this Court on 07/05/2015 permitting the students/applicants to appear for the examination in question and also in view of the order which is passed in similarly situated matter i.e. Notice of Motion (L) No. 543 of 2015 in Writ Petition (L) No. 1585 of 2015 dated 04/09/2015, we are inclined to allow all these applications in terms of prayer clauses (a). No costs. Result to be declared forthwith and the applicants be permitted to apply for reverification, if necessary, in accordance with law. All the applications are disposed of accordingly.
