a) Civil Application no. 1056 of 2005 is restored on file.

b) Two weeks time is granted from today to comply the order dated 06.07.2015 passed by this Court (Coram : R. K. Deshpande, J) in Civil Application no. 1606 of 2013.

c) On compliance of order dated 06.07.2015, the office is directed to issue notice to the unserved respondents in Civil Application no. 1056 of 2015.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
