The Additional affidavit is filed by the State clarifying that the appointment of the petitioner as a peon on probation for a period of three years is approved and, thereafter, permanent approval is also granted to the appointment of the petitioner as a peon in regular pay scale from 3rd January, 2015. It is submitted that shallarth ID is also issued in favour of the petitioner.

96.wp9741.21 payment to the petitioner of honorarium for the period the petitioner was on probation of three years and, thereafter, regular salary as admissible. Thus, the said process shall be done within a period of three months.
