By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioners interalia seeks the following relief :

"(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and or any other appropriate writ, order and or direction and to direct the Respondent No.1/Ministry of Revenue Affairs, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai to adjudicate and to decide and dispose off the Petitioners pending Revision Application No.287 of 2017 (Annexed Exhibit A to the Petition) at the earliest in time bound manner and preferentially within a period of 4 weeks from the date of the order;" 2.

The Minister of Revenue Affairs, Mantralaya, Mumbai shall hear the Petitioners and dispose off their Revision Application No.287 of 2017 strictly on SSP 1/2
